Ordered the wrong product?

If you realize you ordered the wrong product before shipping (before receiving a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number), contact us at service@dreamyeyelash.com within 24 hours, and we will assist with canceling the order.

If the order has already shipped and couldn't be canceled, please try to contact local shipping for delivery refuse. If not possible to refuse, pls contact us at service@dreamyeyelash.com once you receive the package to arrange a return.

Received the wrong or damaged product?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, email us at service@dreamyeyelash.com within 10 days with photos of the items. We will check the details with our team and send a replacement or the correct product for free. 

How to return items?

  • Pls contact service@dreamyeyelash.com within 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Returns are only accepted for USA customers back to our USA warehouse.
  • Return goods must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Photos must be provided before shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for orders received more than 30 days from the delivery date.

REFUND POLICY 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product. Please email us at service@dreamyeyelash.com to request an exchange.

If you urgently need a replacement, you can place a new order. Once the defective item is returned, we will issue a full refund for the replacement order.

Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
  • If still unresolved, email us at service@dreamyeyelash.com

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
